Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TheraLab. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is approximately 5–10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us at theralabsupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We aren't able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [support email] and we'll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please reach out to us at theralabsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.

International Shipping
Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. TheraLab has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
